We are seeking a technical architect between 5-7 years of work experience to augment our project team on various restaurants
The position requires a solid technical background with a good understanding of building and accessibility codes.
The successful candidate must have a demonstrated ability to complete projects under a deadline and the ability to execute the architectural portion of permit drawings independently.
An advanced understanding of MEP/S systems is required to be able to coordinate permit drawings.
A Master of Architecture degree and a high level of proficiency in 2D AUTOCAD is also required.
The position is 100% in office for a 40-hour work week with subsidized health care, 401K, and 3 weeks PTO. Compensation ranges from $66,000 to $76,000 depending on experience.
