Airlines Cargo Operation
As the Cargo Operation，you will be responsible for the monitor of our ground handler’s operations and coordinator between our customers and handling partners.
The shift for this position is: Five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and coordinate Warehouse Handling and Ramp Handling
• Crew arrangement
• ULD Control
• Coordinate with Suppliers
• Cargo Data handling and Customer Care
• Handle the issue which the manager requested
Skills / Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Detail oriented and strong follow-up skills
• Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Air Freight industry experience preferred
• Mandarin is a plus
二，销售助理
Airlines Cargo Sales Assistant
As an Sales Assistant，you will be responsible for the movement of our customer’s air shipments. You will be the main point of contact for coordination between freight forwarders and ground handlings.
The shift for this position is: Five days per week, 9am-5:30pm(lunch break included)
Key Responsibilities:
• Completes coordination between all applicable parties for all air shipments for our customers;
• Ensures timely bookings, data entry , sales reports and other documentary works.
• Communicates regularly with customer in regards to customer’s shipment status as well as continuous communication with overseas departments for shipments issues;
• Meet KPI’s and tasks assigned by sales manager or upper level.
Skills / Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Detail oriented and strong follow-up skills
• Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Air Freight industry experience preferred
• Mandarin is a plus

China Cargo Airlines, is a cargo airline with its head office at Hongqiao International Airport in Shanghai, People's Republic of China. It is China's first all-cargo airlines operating dedicated freight services using China Eastern Airlines route structure.
China Cargo Airlines was established on 30 July 1998 and started operations in October 1998. It was founded as, and remains, a joint venture between China Eastern Airlines and China Ocean Shipping.
In 2011, China Cargo Airlines merged operations with Great Wall Airlines and Shanghai Airlines Cargo. The two airlines were rebranded as China Cargo Airlines progressively. It is a member of SkyTeam Cargo.
